RIP UConn Cornerback Jasper Howard Howard hailed from Miami. He started all 13 games for Connecticut last year, and developed into a top punt returner. Howard led the Big East with an average of 11.8 yards per punt return while leading the Huskies with four interceptions. He was also credited with 60 tackles, three tackles for loss, and nine pass break-ups. In Saturdays 38-25 homecoming win over Louisville, Howard started, had a hand in 11 tackles and forced a fumble.
